1. ONE person can submit only ONE abstract either for an oral or poster presentation. Please note that abstracts submitted for an oral presentation may be accepted as a poster presentation, depending on the available time slots. Note: This restriction does not apply to co-authorship. For example, a professor may have one submission for himself/herself as a presenter and be a co-author on a few other submissions from collaborators and/or students.
2. Abstract submissions must be completed via our online platform by the specified deadlines only. Please do not submit by email.
3. Please USE the ACCC10 templates and follow our guidelines. Submissions will be rejected or returned if they do not comply with our requirements.
4. All presenters must register and pay the registration fee by the deadline, otherwise their abstracts will be automatically withdrawn.
5. Accepted abstracts will be AVAILABLE on the ACCC10 website for download prior to the meeting.
6. Early-career researchers are particularly encouraged to apply for oral presentation to give them an opportunity to showcase their work.
